Pyrmont Early Learning Centre is entering an exciting new chapter under new management, and we're looking for passionate, caring and enthusiastic early childhood professionals to join our growing team.

Our centre is embracing a renewed direction with a strong focus on nurturing relationships, child-centred learning and creating a welcoming environment where children, families and educators feel valued, respected and supported.

Current Opportunities

We are inviting applications for multiple positions, including:

• Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – Full-time, part-time or flexible arrangements considered.
• Diploma Qualified Educators – Full-time and part-time opportunities.
• Certificate III Qualified Educators – Full-time and part-time opportunities.
• Casual Early Childhood Educators – Flexible opportunities to support our growing centre.

Located in the heart of Pyrmont, our boutique-style early learning environment offers a warm, personal approach to education and care.

With an indoor, all-weather learning and play environment, we encourage children to explore, discover, build friendships and develop confidence at their own pace.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in educators who:

• Genuinely enjoy working with young children and supporting their development.
• Are warm, nurturing, reliable and enthusiastic.
• Value teamwork, open communication and mutual respect.
• Understand the importance of building meaningful relationships with children and families.
• Have sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
• Are willing to contribute ideas, take initiative and grow professionally.
• Hold relevant ACECQA-approved qualifications or are working towards an appropriate educator qualification.
• Hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
• Solid understanding of child protection practices and mandatory reporting obligations
• Completed child protection training

ECT applicants must hold an ACECQA-recognised ECT qualification or equivalent and meet applicable NSW teacher accreditation requirements.
