Early Childhood Educator

Randstad Education is seeking experienced Diploma and Certificate level educators, as well as individuals starting their early childhood education career with a minimum Certificate III qualification. Casual Early Years roles are available across Campbelltown and surrounding suburbs, offering flexibility to choose working locations and schedules through the Randstad app.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement quality, engaging, and activity-based learning programs
• Support children’s learning and development through play-based experiences
• Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments
• Follow Early Learning Framework principles in daily practice
• Maintain child safeguarding responsibilities and mandatory reporting requirements
• Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators
• Maintain compliance with workplace and child safety requirements

Qualifications and experience :

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Early Childhood Teachers must be willing to obtain relevant state-based teacher registration
• Australian working rights
• Willingness to obtain a state-based Working with Children Check and Food Handling Certificate
• Commitment to child safeguarding and mandatory reporting responsibilities
• Willingness to complete National Child Safety Training
• Ability to provide two recent professional referees who have supervised previous work with children
