Early Childhood Teacher

Goodstart is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to provide high-quality early learning experiences and create meaningful educational programs that support children’s development. This role focuses on shaping pedagogy, building strong relationships with children and families, and delivering engaging learning experiences through purposeful teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs based on children’s needs, interests, and ideas
• Guide children’s development through purposeful and energetic teaching practices
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
• Create a supportive environment where children feel valued and develop a strong sense of belonging
• Mentor and inspire educational practices within the learning environment
• Collaborate with centre leadership teams to develop, review, and improve learning programs
• Support children’s learning outcomes through creative and engaging teaching strategies

Qualifications and experience :

• Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification approved by ACECQA
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid qualification
• Experience as a Teacher in a school or early learning setting is valued
• Open to both experienced teachers and educators beginning their teaching career
