Early Childhood Teacher

About the role :
Goodstart Manunda is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join their team and provide high-quality early learning experiences for children. The role focuses on creating meaningful learning programs, building strong relationships with children and families, and supporting children’s development through purposeful teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs aligned with children’s needs, interests, and ideas
• Create engaging learning experiences that support children’s growth and development
• Build strong and meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
• Guide children’s learning through purposeful and energetic teaching practices
• Mentor and inspire educational practices within the classroom
• Collaborate with centre leadership teams to review and improve early learning programs
• Support children to develop a strong sense of belonging and confidence

Qualifications and experience :

• Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification approved by ACECQA
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid qualification
• Queensland Teacher Registration is voluntary if eligible and not required
• Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher or school teacher is valued
• Open to both experienced teachers and educators beginning their teaching career
