Early Childhood Educator

Busy Bees at Heritage Parc is seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support the team in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to high-quality early childhood education while working within a supportive global early learning organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Promote child safety practices and uphold Busy Bees values

Qualifications and experience :

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently working towards the qualification
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications or willingness to obtain
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Strong commitment to child safety, inclusion, and quality early childhood education
