Early Childhood Educator

About the role :
Green Leaves Early Learning North Shore is seeking a passionate Educator to create a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where children can develop through play, exploration, and meaningful connections. The role focuses on supporting children’s growth while working collaboratively with educators to deliver high-quality early learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Care for, nurture, and support children’s learning and development
• Support educators in delivering quality curriculum and documentation practices
• Develop engaging learning experiences that encourage children to learn through play
• Collaborate with educators and contribute to reflective team practices
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment
• Participate in continuous improvement and professional development activities

Qualifications and experience :

• ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current and state-relevant Working with Children Check
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID012)
• Ability to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
