Early Childhood Teacher

Green Leaves Early Learning Kirwan is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to deliver high-quality kindy programs that support children’s imagination, curiosity, and development. The role provides access to professional mentoring, learning programs, and ongoing development opportunities through the National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP).
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality early childhood learning programs aligned with best practice standards
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging educational experiences
- Participate in mentoring, professional development, and teacher network opportunities
- Implement effective documentation and reflective teaching practices
- Collaborate with educators and support teams to create inclusive learning environments
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Promote continuous improvement within the early learning program
Qualifications and experience :
- ACECQA-approved teaching qualification
- Hold or have an interest in obtaining Teacher’s Registration where applicable
- Current and state-relevant Working with Children Check
- Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID012)
- Ability to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
