Position Overview :

We are seeking a passionate, hands-on Centre Director to lead the Northmead team with heart and purpose.

This role is an opportunity to create a thriving learning environment where children flourish, educators feel valued, and families feel part of a special community.

The centre has a capacity of 65 places.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Build a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that puts people first.
• Engage families and the community, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
• Drive quality and compliance across every aspect of centre operations.
• Oversee budgeting and resources, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Create and implement programs that celebrate each child’s unique strengths and potential.

What We’re Looking For :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role.
• Current Working With Children Check, First Aid and CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months).
• Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards.
• A natural people leader, confident, compassionate, and committed to growth.
