Room Leader

Eden Academy Clyde is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join the Nursery Room team. Eden Academy is a child-safe organisation committed to the safety, wellbeing, and empowerment of all children. The centre provides a high-end, architecturally inspired environment designed to spark curiosity. Featuring stunning open-plan rooms filled with natural light, premium natural play spaces, and frequently rotated world-class, age-appropriate resources, the centre creates an inspiring setting for 132 children to flourish. Operating from 6.30am to 6.30pm, Eden Academy Clyde provides a supportive environment where educators can inspire children and create meaningful learning experiences.

About the Role :

As a Lead Educator in the Nursery Room, you will take an active role in shaping an incredible team and creating a world of wonder for young learners.

You will:

• Create engaging learning environments that support children’s development.
• Design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners.
• Nurture curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child.
• Inspire inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching.
• Lay a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

About You :

You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a passion for high-quality care and inclusive leadership.

You are dedicated to creating engaging learning environments and supporting children through meaningful connections, intentional teaching, and thoughtful programming.

What You’ll Bring :

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• A current Working With Children Check.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian working rights.
• A professional and friendly personal presentation.
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community.
• A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference.
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
