Early Childhood Assistant

Eden Academy Wollongbar is a brand-new childcare centre designed to nurture young minds and hearts. Eden Academy is a child-safe organisation committed to the safety, wellbeing, and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, the centre provides a home-away-from-home environment with natural play environments, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, abundant age-appropriate resources, and indoor and outdoor play areas. The centre provides a supportive setting for 100 children to explore, grow, and thrive. Eden Academy Wollongbar is hiring Lead Educators and Assistant Educators to join the brand-new centre.

You Will Possess :

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• A Child Protection Certificate.
• A Food Handling Certificate.
• A First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian working rights.
• Great personal presentation.
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community.
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
