About the Role :

As an Educator, you will:

• Nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection.
• Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder.
• Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day.
• Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families.
• Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room.

What You’ll Bring :

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
• A current Working With Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning.
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community.
• Available to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave.
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
