- Room Assistants.

You will:
- Build warm, nurturing relationships with children.
- Develop and implement engaging programs aligned with the EYLF.
- Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments.
- Uphold Montessori Academy’s philosophy and values.
- Communicate effectively with families about children’s learning and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate observations and documentation.
Essential Criteria :
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
- ECT qualification for relevant roles.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including NQS, Regulations, and EYLF.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Strong commitment to family engagement and child development.
