You will:

• Build warm, nurturing relationships with children.
• Develop and implement engaging programs aligned with the EYLF.
• Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments.
• Uphold Montessori Academy’s philosophy and values.
• Communicate effectively with families about children’s learning and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate observations and documentation.

Essential Criteria :

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
• ECT qualification for relevant roles.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including NQS, Regulations, and EYLF.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
• Strong commitment to family engagement and child development.
