Early Childhood Educator

We are a beautiful 25-place Preschool located in the heart of Bondi, NSW 2026, catering to children aged 12 months - 6 years, operating from 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

We invest in our educators and work collaboratively to ensure the development and implementation of programs is in compliance with the National Quality Framework at all times.

We are looking for the right fit - a passionate and enthusiastic Preschool Room Leader and Educational Leader Educator who is looking for an exciting change! This role has become available due to roll growth.

Qualifications and experience :

• Obtained or working towards Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience with Preschool aged children (ideal but not essential).
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Must have experience working with and caring for children: 2 years (required).

Tasks and responsibilities :

• Build warm, meaningful and genuine connections with children and families.
• Document children's learning (ensuring all records are correctly maintained) and regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Inspire, mentor and encourage your peers by role modelling correct practice and adherence to centre policies and procedures.
• Take initiative to create and maintain stimulating and inviting learning environments.
