Who you are :

We are looking for leaders who promote children's education through their interests and planned learning opportunities. You will foster children's curiosity and create opportunities for children to grow and explore in small groups.The ideal candidate will value the wonders of early learning within our upcycled learning environments and guide staff in providing a fun, safe, high-quality service that aligns with the National Quality Standards and is true to Mulberry Tree Childcare's fantastic reputation.We embrace our children's love for learning and want you to concentrate on developing each child's trust and sense of security.

Criteria :

• Bachelor of Early Childhood / Graduate Diploma of Education (Early Childhood) / Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA equivalent approved qualification, OR be working towards your ECT qualification (50% of units finished).
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR and First Aid certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Belonging, Being and Becoming.
• Understanding of Childcare Regulations and Law.
