Early Childhood Teacher

We are looking for an engaged, enthusiastic and professional Lead Educator ready to join our team and provide fun, laughter and positive leadership. The role is up to 38 hours per week and you will be employed on a full time basis.

Key responsibilities :

• Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Support children’s development across cognitive, social, and emotional domains.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and document children's learning and progress.
• Build positive relationships with families, children, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulations.
• Mentor and support educators within the team.

Essential requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable criteria :

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an early childhood setting.
• Experience in multicultural or diverse environments.
• Leadership experience (preferred but not essential).
