Human Resource Officer

Mirabilia is a growing early childhood education provider committed to creating inspiring learning environments for children, families, and educators. As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and dedicated HR officer.Human Resource Officer ($80,000 to $90,000/annum + superannuation)

This is permanent full time position!

Key responsibility :

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain HR records and employee documentation
• Support employee relations and staff performance processes
• Assist with training and professional development coordination
• Support workplace compliance and HR administration
• Work closely with management on staffing and workforce planning.

Required qualification and work experience :

• Previous experience in Human Resources or HR Administration - 1 year minimum
• Bachelor qualification or above in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong understanding of Australian employment practices
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in childcare or education sector highly regarded.
