Your Role as a Trainee :
- Earn while completing Certificate III qualification (fully funded)
- Gain hands-on experience with children, families, and educators
- Assist in creating engaging learning environments
- Support play-based learning activities
- Develop children’s social, emotional, and educational skills.
Who We’re Looking For :
- Genuine passion for early childhood education
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Commitment to 18-month traineeship program
- Willingness to obtain Working With Children Check
- Ability to work full-time and complete study requirements outside work hours.
The Centre :
The Wynnum West centre features seven purpose-built rooms, nursery cot rooms, and expansive outdoor play spaces including a bike track, yarning circle, and sandpits designed to support inclusive, play-based learning.
