Early Childhood Educator

Educator role at Guardian Balmain Cove responsible for supporting children’s learning and development in a play-based early childhood environment. The role involves delivering the “To Be Me” learning program, building relationships with children and families, and contributing to a safe, supportive, and engaging learning space.

The Centre :

Guardian Balmain Cove is a vibrant and welcoming early learning centre where strong relationships with children and families are central. The centre features thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning environments that support exploration, creativity, and a sense of belonging.

What You’ll Bring :

• Completion of mandatory Child Protection training (GECCKO platform)
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards qualification)
• Availability to work 7am–6pm Monday to Friday on rotating roster
• Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
