Centre Director role at Guardian Westgarth responsible for leading a high-performing early childhood education centre. The role involves driving centre performance, leading and developing a team, building strong family and community relationships, and ensuring delivery of high-quality early learning programs aligned with Guardian’s educational philosophy.

The Centre :

The Guardian Westgarth centre features seven learning spaces, two nursery sleep rooms, six art rooms, a dining space, and three libraries. Outdoor areas include a bike track, mud kitchen, and cubby house, designed to support exploration and play-based learning.

What You’ll Bring :

• Experience leading high-performing early childhood education centres (Meeting or Exceeding standards)
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
• Ability to build strong relationships with families and local community
• Track record of positive centre outcomes and reputation
• Passion for creating high-quality learning environments for children and educators
• Completion of mandatory Child Protection training (GECCKO platform).
