Room Leader
Room Leader role at Guardian Childcare and Education in Evanston Gardens, responsible for leading and mentoring a team of educators, delivering high-quality early learning programs, and supporting children’s development in a play-based learning environment. The role focuses on building strong relationships with children, families, and team members while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).

What You’ll Bring :
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in the early childhood sector
- Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and regulations
- Confidence in leading or mentoring a team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Understanding of Child Protection responsibilities.
Highly Regarded :
- First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Food Safety certificates
- 2+ years experience in early childhood education.
