About the Centre :

Milestones Early Learning Rutherford offers quality childcare and early education for children aged 0–5 years in a nurturing and inspiring environment designed to support every child’s learning journey.

Conveniently located on Aberglasslyn Road in Rutherford, the centre is ideally positioned for families in Rutherford, Aberglasslyn, Telarah, and Maitland, with easy access to the New England Highway and surrounding Hunter Valley communities.

About the Role :

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets
  • Create long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and strategically increase occupancy of the service
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards

About you :

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
