As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early learning experiences that support each child's development, wellbeing, and school readiness. You’ll create a nurturing, engaging environment while building strong, lasting relationships with children, families, and your team. You will also contribute to the implementation of our curriculum, support quality improvement initiatives, and help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning across the campus.

Key responsibilities :

• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child.
• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Create meaningful, engaging interactions that support lifelong learning.
• Document children's learning and development using digital platforms.
• Mentor and support team members in delivering quality practice.
• Build strong, respectful partnerships with families.
• Communicate effectively about children's progress and development.

About you :

• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching/Education.
• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
• Commitment to child-safe standards and implementing child-safe practices.
