The Role :

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a growing network of early childhood centres, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle (advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers)
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and talent pipelines
• Partner with Centre Managers and stakeholders on workforce needs
• Conduct interviews and candidate screening
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication
• Build talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Support workforce planning and reporting
• Assist onboarding coordination when required
• Support recruitment and employer branding projects.

About You :

• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset
• Strong stakeholder management ability.
