What You'll Be Doing :

Walking into your architecturally designed centre you’ll smile, as the early morning sun shines over our award-winning nature escape. When the door opens, you’ll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the community spirit. Some of your little ones will eagerly greet you!

You’ll then lead the close-knit team of educators, to ensure our children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You’ll develop and maintain high quality programs, manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families.

At the end of your shift, you’ll walk out the door knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.

Qualification and Experience 

You’ll be great in this role if you :

  • Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care
  • Have a Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
  • Understand the National Quality Framework and National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012
  • Have previous experience in children services, developing and implementing programs for 0-to-5-year-olds
  • Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children Card.
