- A minimum starting salary of $79,499 (depending on experience).
Task and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Ensure programs meet the developmental needs of children and promote their growth
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance on best practices
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assess, document, and report on children's learning and development
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
- Implement continuous improvement practices
- Ensure a safe working environment for self and others
- Compliance with legislative and WHS Policy.
Qualification and Experience :
The ideal candidates will meet the following selection criteria :
- Be a natural at building positive relationships with peers, families, and children
- Be a positive team player, with a great attitude and a joy for working with children
- Support our much loved way for teaching and learning
- Have an unwavering passion for children, their learning and care
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Lead Educator.
PLUS meet the following essential requirements :
- Minimum requirement of a Diploma or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
- Valid Working with Children's Check.

We are located in the regional town of Normanton providing education and care programs to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We are licensed for up to 29 children per day. We are committed to supporting the team behind all the work that goes into supporting our community, children, and families through quality education and care.
