The Opportunity :

We’re searching for a passionate, hands-on Centre Director to lead our Schofields team with heart and purpose (120 places). What You Will Do :

• Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education
• Build a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that puts people first
• Engage families and the community, fostering strong, lasting relationships
• Drive quality and compliance across every aspect of the centre’s operations
• Oversee budgeting and resources, ensuring smooth and efficient management
• Create and implement programs that celebrate each child’s unique strengths and potential.

What We’re Looking For :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months)
• Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards
• A natural people leader, confident, compassionate, and committed to growth
• A genuine love for early education and the impact it creates.
