About The Centre :

Eden Academy Morphett Vale is an architecturally designed centre featuring open-plan rooms filled with natural light and premium natural play spaces. Operating from 7:00am – 6:00pm, our 111-place centre is currently at 100% occupancy and thriving, reflecting the strong reputation and connection we’ve built within the local community. It provides the perfect environment for an inspiring leader to make their mark.

About You

You are a passionate and supportive leader who :

• Leads with kindness, inclusivity and professionalism
• Inspires teams to deliver exceptional learning environments
• Builds strong relationships with families and the community
• Creates a positive culture where children and educators flourish.

What You’ll Bring :

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Centre Director role within Early Childhood
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Working With Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• Current Child Protection and Food Safety certificates.
