We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Child Care Worker to support the daily care, learning, and development of children in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive early learning environment. This role involves assisting with educational programs, supervising children throughout daily routines, and contributing to positive play-based learning experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with preparation and organisation of learning materials, resources, and equipment
• Support positive behaviour guidance and children’s social, emotional, and interpersonal development
• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate learning and play-based activities
• Engage children through storytelling, reading, games, and interactive play
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure safety and wellbeing
• Support daily routines including meals, rest time, transitions, and group activities
• Assist with personal hygiene, cleanliness, and general care of children
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment at all times.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
• Minimum 1 year experience in a childcare or early learning environment
• Strong communication skills with children, families, and team members
• Caring, patient, reliable, and organised approach
• Understanding of child development and early learning practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and development
• Current Working with Children Check (or equivalent clearance).
