Education Leader

This is a hands-on early childhood leadership role where you will guide educators, support program quality, and contribute directly to daily learning experiences. You will mentor staff, strengthen pedagogy, and help deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs in line with national frameworks.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor educators through coaching, reflection, and on-the-floor support
• Develop and guide high-quality, play-based and child-led learning programs
• Strengthen educational practice in line with EYLF and NQS standards
• Build strong relationships with families and the community
• Support continuous improvement of learning environments and teaching practices
• Provide visible leadership and hands-on support in daily centre operations.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Educational Leader role
• Strong understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working With Children Check
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Mandatory Child Safety Training
• Experience supporting children with diverse needs and abilities
• Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
