Trainee Educator :

Join an early learning centre while completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. You will support educators in providing a safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environment for children while developing professional skills in early childhood education.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
• Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS), policies, and procedures
• Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families
• Support and participate in daily educational programs and activities
• Contribute to a reflective practice and continuous improvement culture
• Work collaboratively as part of a professional team.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Willingness to study towards Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Permanent right to work in Australia
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible availability
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Immunisation requirements as stated (or willingness to complete).
