Early Childhood Teacher

Kidz Childcare / Rainbows Early Learning Centre is seeking passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educators (ECT, Diploma, or Certificate III qualified) to join their community-focused service in Singleton. This role involves supporting high-quality early learning programs, maintaining compliance with regulations, and contributing to a nurturing and collaborative environment where children can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities :

• Support educators in delivering high-quality early learning programs
• Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Assist in managing staffing, rosters, budgets, and centre occupancy (leadership roles)
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community
• Oversee and contribute to educational practice and continuous improvement
• Participate in assessment and rating preparation and compliance processes
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children
• Promote children’s learning and development through play-based experiences.

Qualifications and Skills :

• ACECQA-approved qualification (Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education depending on role)
• Current NSW Working With Children Check
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
• Child Safe Training completed
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and frameworks (EYLF, NQS)
• Leadership and teamwork skills (for senior roles)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with families and community.
