Early Childhood Educator
Guardian Greenbank Spring Mountain Drive is seeking a passionate and caring part-time Educator to join the team. In this role, you will support children’s development through engaging learning experiences while building meaningful relationships with families, children, and educators in a collaborative early learning environment.
Responsibilities :
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based experiences
- Deliver engaging learning activities aligned with Guardian’s To Be Me learning programs
- Celebrate and document children’s growth and achievements
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership teams
- Support daily routines and maintain high-quality care standards.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or currently working towards an ECE qualification
- Completion of mandatory Child Protection training through the GECCKO platform
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
- Flexibility to work between 7:00am – 6:00pm on a rotating roster
- Availability to work Wednesdays and Thursdays plus two additional flexible days
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education and children’s development.
Highly Regarded :
- Child Protection Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- 2–3 years experience within the early childhood education sector.

Guardian Greenbank Spring Mountain Drive features six purpose-built indoor learning spaces and large outdoor environments including a sandpit, bike track, and teepee areas designed to encourage creativity, curiosity, and exploration.
