Early Childhood Educator

Guardian Greenbank Spring Mountain Drive is seeking a passionate and caring part-time Educator to join the team. In this role, you will support children’s development through engaging learning experiences while building meaningful relationships with families, children, and educators in a collaborative early learning environment.

Responsibilities :

• Build positive and meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members
• Support children’s learning and development through play-based experiences
• Deliver engaging learning activities aligned with Guardian’s To Be Me learning programs
• Celebrate and document children’s growth and achievements
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership teams
• Support daily routines and maintain high-quality care standards.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or currently working towards an ECE qualification
• Completion of mandatory Child Protection training through the GECCKO platform
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
• Flexibility to work between 7:00am – 6:00pm on a rotating roster
• Availability to work Wednesdays and Thursdays plus two additional flexible days
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for early childhood education and children’s development.

Highly Regarded :

• Child Protection Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• 2–3 years experience within the early childhood education sector.

Guardian Greenbank Spring Mountain Drive features six purpose-built indoor learning spaces and large outdoor environments including a sandpit, bike track, and teepee areas designed to encourage creativity, curiosity, and exploration.
