About the Role :

As a full-time Childcare Educator, you will support the development of children by building meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community. You will assist in delivering high-quality learning experiences and contribute to a collaborative and supportive early learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
• Facilitate learning experiences for assigned groups of children
• Observe and evaluate children’s individual strengths, interests, and preferences
• Design and implement age-appropriate educational programs
• Support collaborative teaching and interactive learning environments
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• Experience leading and implementing age-specific programs and routines
• Valid Working with Children Check (state specific)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
• Strong understanding of early childhood learning environments
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
