About Us :

Eden Academy Mambourin is opening soon as a new early learning centre for children and educators. We are a child safe organisation committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we provide a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms with natural light, and both indoor and outdoor play areas designed for children to explore, grow, and thrive.

About the Role :

We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about early education and committed to delivering high-quality care and learning. This role focuses on creating inclusive, nurturing learning environments and supporting school readiness through engaging and meaningful educational programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality early childhood education and care programs
• Create inclusive and nurturing environments where every child feels supported
• Support children to develop independence, curiosity, and resilience
• Design engaging learning programs that promote school readiness
• Facilitate meaningful and thought-provoking learning experiences
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
• Ensure all practices align with EYLF and NQS standards.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Teacher registration
• Current Working with Children Check
• Strong understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Full Australian working rights
• Professional, warm, and confident communication style
• Ability to deliver engaging Kindergarten programs
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (5 days)
• Two professional references including one from a manager or supervisor in childcare or education.
