We operate from 6:30am - 6:30pm and provide a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources to support children’s learning and development.

About the Role :

We are seeking an Assistant Centre Manager who will lead with passion to deliver high-quality care through strong leadership and teamwork. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing environment, supporting children’s independence and growth, and building strong relationships with families and the community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead with passion to deliver high-quality care through strong leadership and teamwork
• Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children's independence and growth
• Inspire and support the team to cultivate excellence in early education
• Maintain strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building practices
• Build strong connections with families and the community.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Australian working rights
• Professional and warm presentation
• Strong engagement with families and community
• Team-focused attitude and positive mindset
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Two professional references including one from a manager or supervisor in childcare or education.
