About Us :

Eden Academy Eden’s Landing is a child safe organisation committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. We operate from 6:30am - 6:30pm and provide a supportive early learning environment with a strong focus on quality care and community.

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Hand to join our team for 5 days a week, working 3-4 hours per day (15-20 hours total). This role supports the preparation of nutritious meals and maintains a clean, safe, and organised kitchen within a childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the chef in preparing healthy and delicious meals for children
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Support the health and wellbeing of children through nutritious food preparation
• Build positive relationships with staff, families, and children within the centre community.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Food Handling Certificate
• Current Working with Children Check
• Strong understanding of dietary requirements and food sensitivities
• Australian working rights
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Availability to work Monday to Friday.
