Room Leader

Kids Patrol is seeking a passionate and experienced Child Care Worker / Room Leader to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves supporting the development and wellbeing of children while delivering high-quality early childhood education programs in line with the ACECQA framework.

Key responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality care and supervision for children
• Plan and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
• Contribute to documentation and observations.

Skills and experience required :

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a childcare setting
• Strong understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

Employment details :

• Position: Full-Time (38 hours per week)
• Salary: 77,000 – 82,000 AUD per annum + superannuation
• Ongoing position.
