Welcome to Eden Academy Redbank Plains. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Operating from 6:30am–6:30pm, our service is buzzing with discovery, laughter, and learning! Children are welcomed into bright, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, surrounded by inviting natural play spaces and heaps of age-appropriate resources. With exciting indoor and outdoor areas to explore, every day is an adventure. A place where curious minds can grow, imaginations can run wild, and children truly thrive through play.

About you – our ideal early childhood teacher :

• Passionate about early education, with experience delivering high-quality care and learning
• Thrives in inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels seen and supported
• Committed to empowering children to grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners
• Brings a strong focus on school readiness, guiding little learners with care and intention
• Designs engaging programs and fosters meaningful, thought-provoking conversations
• Inspires a lifelong love of learning and helps lay the foundation for future success.

What you will bring :

• A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Full Australian working rights
• A professional, polished presence and warm approach
• A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
