IT Support Technician (Service Desk and Field Services)

About the role
This role sits within the internal IT team at Journey Early Learning, supporting a national network of childcare centres and support offices. Based in Brisbane, this full-time hybrid position combines remote Level 1 and Level 2 technical support with occasional on-site field services.

You will work with modern cloud-based technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and networking systems, while supporting educators and operational teams to ensure technology runs smoothly across the organisation. You’ll be part of a small, high-performing IT team where continuous learning and improvement are strongly encouraged.

Requirements :

• Tertiary qualification in IT, certifications, or equivalent experience
• Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 technical support
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and business applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and device management
• Basic networking and system administration knowledge (Ubiquiti experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
