About the role :
Are you a Cert III Qualified or Working Towards Diploma early childhood educator who loves creating inspiring learning experiences? Join our team at Tall Tree Early Learning Manning on a fixed-term contract and be part of a truly unique early learning environment.

Tall Tree Early Learning Manning features an incredible 360° rooftop garden that wraps around the entire length of the building, creating a one-of-a-kind space for children to explore and connect with nature. Guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework, we create an environment where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn.

As an Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and care for children aged 0 to 5. You will work alongside a dedicated team of educators to plan and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the developmental needs and interests of each child.

Requirements :

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Experience in curriculum development and programming
• Passion for supporting children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development through play-based learning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Proactive and compassionate approach to children’s needs
• Commitment to professionalism, health, safety, and child protection
• Available for flexible working hours on weekdays
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
