About the role :
Welcome to Eden Academy Cranbourne. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. Both indoor and outdoor play areas create the perfect setting for 108 children to explore, grow and thrive.

Requirements :

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Current Working with Children Check
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Full Australian working rights
• Professional, polished presence and warm approach
• Natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
• Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
