About the role :
Eden Academy Redbank Plains is opening soon-our newest space for little learners and the passionate teachers who inspire them. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing, and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 134 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

About you - our ideal Early Childhood Teacher :

• Passionate about early education, with experience delivering high-quality care and learning
• Thrives in inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels seen and supported
• Committed to empowering children to grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners
• Strong focus on school readiness, guiding little learners with care and intention
• Designs engaging programs and fosters meaningful, thought-provoking conversations
• Inspires a lifelong love of learning and helps lay the foundation for future success.

What you’ll bring :

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Teacher's Registration
• Current Working with Children Check
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Full Australian working rights
• Professional, polished presence and warm approach
• Natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
• Available Monday to Friday (5 days)
• Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
