KK Admin Pty Ltd is seeking full-time Lead Educators (Child Care Worker 421111) to join our team in various locations. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

Responsibilities :

• Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery
• Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families
• Supporting the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.

Qualifications and qualities :

• Diploma in early childhood education and care or ACECQA equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Paid working with children check (Blue Card)
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and workload
• Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
• Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude
• Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education
• An understanding of EYLF
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

Working hours

You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Salary

The salary on offer is $70,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on skills, qualifications, and experience) plus 12% superannuation.
