Journey Early Learning

As our new Childcare Full-time Educator at our Sale and Yarragon centres, you will be responsible for the development and fostering of meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You will support and guide children’s learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector. As an Educator with Journey Early Learning, you will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team, as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired Educator within the Journey family.

Task and responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of health and safety standards are maintained at all times
• Facilitate?learning experiences for your allocated group of children
• Assisting in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferences
• Design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program
• Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment.

Qualification and experience

• An ACECQA recognised Diploma or higher
• Experience leading and developing age specific programs and routines
• An approved Working with Children Check (State Specific)
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates.
