Qualified Child Care Educator

Indigo Montessori are fortunate to have a beautiful and unique service in Broome, which is located 2,000kms North of Perth, Western Australia. This picturesque and coastal town is situated in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. We are looking at recruiting an experienced leader to bring their expertise to our well-established service. Working in a regional service provides a unique experience which is sure to foster educators personal and professional repertoire of skills, knowledge and understanding.

Indigo Montessori has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Qualified Educator to join our team. The position is a full time, Monday-Friday role. We are seeking high performing Educators, who have the drive to build respectful and reciprocal relationships with children, families and staff, and have the ability to room lead by providing high - quality early learning and care for all children within the setting.

The successful Candidate will have:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved qualification. OR be working towards to your Diploma. Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR & First Aid certificates or willingness to obtain. Current WWCC or willingness to obtain. Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework / National Quality Framework / National Quality Standards / Belonging, Being and Becoming. Understanding of Childcare Regulations and Law. Experience working in a Montessori setting preferred but not essential as on the job training provided.
