Early Childhood Teacher
Seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead a three-year-old room at an award-winning family-owned centre in Patterson Lakes.

The family-owned service is run by a provider with an educational background and takes great joy in providing a truly educational experience to the families they serve. The service focus is on creating stimulating learning environments and quality learning experiences and has achieved partly exceeding ratings. The service is home to 60 children and a team of 18 staff. There are five rooms, as well as a funded kindergarten program. The local primary schools speak highly of the service as they know children are solidly prepared for Prep.
Appreciation of the arts, nature, community and sustainable practices are highly regarded. The service philosophy focuses heavily on the value of play and allows children to explore their identity and community.
About you
- Bachelor or Master level Degree in Education majoring in Early Childhood Education or otherwise as approved by ACECQA
- A minimum two years of experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher
- VIT Registration
- Critically reflect on your own professional practice using evidence, including feedback from children, colleagues and families.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to have fun!
- Professional presentation
- Highly organised
- Excellent understanding of the EYLF and NQF and standards
