As a Room Leader, you’ll lead the daily operations of your room and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0 to 5. Your role will involve guiding curriculum planning, fostering a collaborative team culture, and creating a warm, engaging learning environment that supports the developmental needs of every child. You will have opportunities for ongoing professional development, mentoring, and leadership growth while making a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Requirements :

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislative requirements
• Experience or potential in leading a team within an early childhood setting
• Proactive, positive role model fostering a culture of respect, support, and open communication
• Passionate about creating enriching, play-based learning experiences for each child
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis training, and valid Working with Children Check.
