Assistant Educator

About the role :
Welcome to Eden Academy Park Ridge. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 108 children to explore, grow, and thrive. In your role as an Educator, you will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection, create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder, show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day, communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families, and bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room.

Requirements :

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent
• Current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• Warm, professional presence and genuine passion for early learning
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
