Welcome to Eden Academy Salisbury Heights. This is your opportunity to lead something truly special. Eden Academy is a child-safe organisation, deeply committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of every child. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 118 children to explore, grow, and thrive. As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for an experienced and inspiring Centre Manager to help shape the heart, culture and future of our brand-new service. You'll lead with warmth, confidence and purpose. You'll be the driving force behind a joyful, high-quality learning environment where children, families and educators feel genuinely connected.

Requirements :

• Hold a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent
• Food Safety Supervisors Certificate
• A current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• Current Child Protection certificate
• Warm, approachable and professional manner
• Ability to build strong, meaningful connections with families and the local community
• Full availability to work Monday to Friday
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
