Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality care and supervision to children aged 6 months to 5 years
• Developing and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for children
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and needs
• Collaborating with other staff members to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Requirements :

• Relevant Qualification and minimum work experience requirement (AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV or at least three years of relevant experience) and 1-2 years of relevant work experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check clearance.
